Hi, I'm Amy!

Welcome to Amy’s Nutrition Kitchen. The goal of this site is to provide real delicious food that can help people manage their diabetes but that is actually food the whole family can enjoy. The recipes I share are dishes I cook in my own house and have been tested and approved.  While I am a pescatarian I will have a mix of recipes on the site.  Regardless of your eating pattern, I will show you how animal protein is really the side dish and plants are the main event!  Bringing nutrition into your kitchen!
